Commercial General Liability - Optional (Includes Crime):

• Option 1 - $1M per claim / $1M aggregate
• Option 2 - $2M per claim / $2M aggregate
• Option 3 - $3M per claim / $3M aggregate
• Option 4 - $5M per claim / $5M aggregate

Office Package - If CGL is Purchased:

• Option 1 – $15,000
• Option 2 – $20,000
• Option 3 – $25,000

Eligibility requirement for the ADRIC Insurance Program:

1. The Applicant must be a member in good standing of the ADR Institute of Canada with full membership;

2. The Applicant's Membership dues must be paid in full to the Applicant's provincial ADR Institute office;

3. The Applicant hereby agrees to the use an online platform for completing an application for insurance as described;

4. The Applicant hereby agrees that the application shall be the basis of the contract should the policy be issued and it will be attached to and made a part of the policy. The applicant agrees that if the information supplied on the application changes from the date of the application and the time when the policy is issued, that applicant will immediately notify BFL CANADA of the change;

5. You must agree to our use of your personal information in accordance with BFL’s Privacy Policy;

6. Underwriter approval of your application may be required;

7. Applicants must make payment in full for coverage and please be advised that all premiums are fully earned and non refundable.
